BACKGROUND
Sgt. Carter had it good....until Pyle came along. Pyle became the private that Carter felt driven to make something out of or to get thrown out, either one according to how upset he was at Pyle at any given moment. Despite Pyle holding back Carter's career, Carter has remained as faithful to Pyle as he has fed up with him. Truly an unhealthy relationship...
PERSONALITY
Mercurial and high-strung, Carter is prone to wild mood swings. However, underneath it all, he has a heart of gold, at least when it comes to Pyle. He is a bit of a playboy and schemer - in civvies he often is dressed like a lounge lizard and dates women he calls "babe".
